Terms of Participation

The Very Early Bird Fees is open untill 15th Feb 2008 and Early Bird Fees is open untill 14th March. Registrations after this date are subject to the Standard Fees. The Company Team Discount applied only to six or more delegates registering from the same organization.

It is only possible to participate if the total amount is paid before the conference. Conference participations can be cancelled only until 6 PM 31 March 2008. The organizers will charge a Cancellation fee of INR 500. Registrations after 31 March 2008 cannot be cancelled and no refund will be made under any circumstances.

The organizer has the right to change the conference program for organizational or other reasons.

In the event of the conference being cancelled, the conference fees will be refunded. Any other claims to the organizer are not valid. Should the conference be postponed, the conference registrations remain valid. Product and brand names are usually registered trademarks of the respective companies.

JAX India 2008 is an event of S&S Media. The organizer holds all copyrights for the content of the conference.

Seats for each session is on a first come first serve basis. In case you don’t find seats available in a specific session, please choose another parallel session to attend. Thanks for your cooperation.
